that they are only used when needed so the wage only needs to be paid when there is work to be done,

Disadvantages are
Collaborating takes more effort when work is not done in-house

The Commissioning Management team manages various aspects of the commissioning process and the Channel's relationship with independent producers. The main responsibilities are:
